Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, we’re here to listen and guide you through every step. You tell us a little more about your day: guest numbers, timings, the vibe you want, elegant, high-energy, or full-on party, and any special moments you’d love us to build around. We prefer to jump on a quick call so we can get a proper feel for what you need and take you through a short Q&A together, it really helps us understand your vision better. Then we’ll get to work on your quote either there and then on the call, or we will send it over via email within 24 hours. If you’ve got must-play songs or specific requests, share them all the more we know, the better we can tailor everything to match your vision perfectly.and price perfectly for you.
You’re happy with the plan? Brilliant. We’ll send over your booking form and deposit details. Once the deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in and we’ll confirm everything in writing — simple, organised, and stress-free. We’ll also leave you with our Song Selector on our website, where you can look, listen, and choose your own 8 songs. Once you’ve picked them, we’ll review your choices and advise on the best way forward, we know what works brilliantly for all different types of events so tell us more and we will point you in the right direction and create the perfect ultimate party set together. All payments are to be made by direct bank transfer using our Monzo business link we will send you via email or whats app if you prefer, it couldn’t be any easier. Please remember that all song choices are to be submitted 8 weeks prior to event so you can relax and ponder over the choices at your own leisure.
Once you’re booked in, we get to work by allocating the acts and vocalists which we have pre confirmed during the availability check. Please note: availability is on a first come, first served basis, if it takes a while for you to decide, an act or artist could be snapped up by another enquiry. or customer in your area. We usually hold artists on standby for up to 48 hours upon the initial enquiry, but if a booking isn’t confirmed within that 48 hours with your deposit (or full payment), availability can be lost and then understandably becomes *subject to availability. After you have secured your act, we willl then liaise with your venue and your wedding and event coordinators, confirm timings and set lists, and handle the logistics and complete our venue tick list form, so you can relax and watch it all come together as time unfolds. we handle everything from front to back with clear communication and support, all you have to do is choose your 8 songs. 8 weeks prior to your event using our self automated song selector on our website home page
On the day, you can relax and enjoy every second. Our professional Singing Waiters and Surprise Dancing Waiters will arrive undercover and blend in, quietly waiting for the perfect moment for the big reveal and then it’s show time. Any other acts you have booked — like DJs and acoustic acts will arrive as normal, not undercover, fully briefed and ready to go. Because it’s a secret reveal with our singing waiters shows, keeping it under wraps is so important, and we’ll guide you on the best way to do that. Then it’s time to sit back, let us do what we do best, and help you create a day your guests will talk about forever.
