Terms of Booking

• Fill out our online enquiry form, email bookings@undercoversingers.co.uk, or call 0121 792 4009.
• We’ll confirm availability, talk through your plans (timings, vibe, song style, venue setup), and send a tailored quote.
• To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit (the amount depends on your chosen acoustic package and will be confirmed during your consultation).
• Once the deposit is received, your date is locked in and we’ll begin planning your performance details.
• Setlist planning: You can choose your preferred songs and style. If you’d like specific song selections, please send your choices at least 8 weeks before your event (where possible).
• Final payment is due 6 weeks before the event date. Payment plans are available — just ask when enquiring.

• A professional acoustic performer / act (experienced wedding & event musicians).
• Live acoustic performance tailored to your moment (e.g., ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, corporate reception, private party).
• A personalised setlist approach to match your vibe (romantic, upbeat, chilled, singalong, etc.).
• Professional presentation (smart, event-appropriate attire).
• PA/sound system suitable for most venues (where included in your quote) and professional setup.

Your exact performance length, number of sets, and equipment included will be confirmed in your quote based on your chosen package and venue requirements.

To deliver the best performance, we’ll need:

• Access to a power source near the performance area.
• A suitable performance space (we’ll advise on size/positioning).
• If applicable, a small private area for belongings and prep.
• If your venue has sound restrictions(limiters/decibel rules), please tell us as early as possible.
• Booking lead time: We recommend booking 3–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (March–October).

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount depends on your package and will be confirmed during your consultation. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Final Balance

• The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your event. Flexible payment plans are available on request.

Cancellation Policy (by the Client)

If you cancel for any reason:

• Your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, as it covers admin, planning, and securing your date with performers.
• If you cancel within 90 days of the event date: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.

Cancellation (by Undercover Singers UK Ltd)

In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

• We will offer a full refund, or Work with you to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability).
• We maintain a roster of backup performers to minimize the risk of cancellation due to illness or emergency.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies). In these cases, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or agree a fair resolution.

• All performers are fully insured.
• Equipment is PAT tested where applicable.
• We carry Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
