Terms of Booking

• Fill out our online enquiry form, email bookings@undercoversingers.co.uk, or call 0121 792 4009.
• We’ll confirm your event date, discuss your requirements, and provide a tailored quote.
• Once you accept, a non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (deposit amount depends on your chosen package and will be confirmed during your consultation).
• After deposit receipt, your date is locked in. We’ll schedule a planning call and help you tailor your entertainment, including setlist and performance details.
• You may customise your setlist. For custom song choices, please provide your list at least 8 weeks before your event.
• Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to event (flexible payment plans are also available). Please ask on enquiry.

• Interactive 8-song set as standard (party games, conga line, dance-offs for weddings and corporate events if required).
• Surprise reveal to wow your guests.
• Full PA system and wireless microphones.
• Seamless undercover arrival and setup.
• Coordination with your venue and event planner.
• Professional out fits and entire.
• Professional backing tracks.
• Unto 45 minutes of non stop entertainment.

• Access to a power source and private preparation area at the venue.
• Booking recommended 3–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (March–October).

• A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount depends on your chosen package and will be confirmed during your consultation.
• Flexible payment options are available.
• Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking. Specific cancellation terms will be provided during your consultation.

• All performers are fully insured and pre-vetted. Equipment is PAT tested.
• We carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Cancellation by the Client:

• If you cancel the event date or booking due to any reason, your non refundable deposit will be understandably forfeited due to the work carried out to organize your booking and secure dates with artists and venues.
• If you cancel within 90 days before the event date, 50% of your total booking fee will be required.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the event date, the full booking fee is payable due to the planning and securing dates with our artists and vocalist/acts.

Cancellation by Undercover Singers UK Ltd:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
• We maintain a roster of backup performers to minimize the risk of cancellation due to illness or emergency.

Force Majeure:

• Neither party shall be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or provide a fair resolution.
