Terms of Booking For Wedding Deals

Your booking and what’s included

  • Your booking covers the services listed on your booking confirmation or website page (e.g., entertainment, DJ, décor suppliers/partners, photogrphy, videography content creation, photo booth, flowers, balloon arches timings, and any other agreed add-ons for up to 60 people). additional numbers are subject to additional added costs if needed
  • Any supplier or element not listed on the confirmation is not included.
  • We will provide a written confirmation showing your event date, venue, package, agreed timings, and payment schedule once confirmed as a live booking.

Provisional holds

  • We can place a provisional hold on your date for a limited time (typically 48 hours unless stated otherwise).
  • A date is only secured once the deposit is received and we’ve confirmed acceptance in writing.

Pricing and quotes

  • Prices shown on the Wedding Deals page are for guidance and are subject to availability, travel, venue requirements, and final package scope.
  • Your final price is the amount shown on your booking confirmation.
  • If you request changes after booking (e.g., extra performance time, additional performers, extra equipment), we will quote any additional costs for approval before proceeding.

Payments

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation, the deposit for Wedding Deals is £2,997.
  • Balance: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the event date.
  • Payment method: We will provide payment instructions on your invoice/booking confirmation.
  • Late payments: If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may pause planning and supplier scheduling. If payment remains outstanding, we may treat the booking as cancelled (see Section 8).

Changes to your booking

  • If you want to change any part of your booking, please email us as early as possible.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may require a revised fee.
  • If you change your event date, this is treated as a date transfer request (see Section 9).

Client responsibilities (important)

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details (venue, timings, access, contact person on the day).
  • Ensure safe access, reasonable parking/loading, and a suitable performance/prep area where required.
  • Ensure power supply is available where equipment is needed.
  • Ensure the venue permits the planned entertainment (including sound levels and performance locations).
  • Obtain any required permissions/licences from the venue (and/or PRS/PPL where applicable).

Set-up, sound checks, and venue coordination

  • We may need access before guest arrival to set up equipment and coordinate with venue staff.
  • Sound levels will be managed professionally, but final volume limits are subject to venue rules.

Cancellations by you

Because we reserve the date and commit resources and supplier time, cancellation charges apply.

  • If you cancel before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel within 12 weeks of the event: the full balance becomes due and payable.
  • If you cancel after the balance has been paid, no refunds are due.

Date transfers (postponements)

  • If you need to move your event date, we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Date transfers are subject to availability of the team/suppliers.
  • If we can transfer your booking to a new date, your payments will be carried over.
  • If we cannot accommodate the new date, this will be treated as a cancellation (see Section 8).

Force majeure (events outside anyone’s control)

If either party is prevented from performing due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, venue closure, major incident, government restrictions), we will work with you to:

  • reschedule where possible, or
  • provide a suitable alternative service/team where appropriate.

Refunds (if any) will depend on what costs have already been committed and whether our quality approved third-party suppliers can refund us.

Performer/supplier substitution

  • If a specific performer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a suitable replacement of comparable professional standard.
  • If your Wedding Deal includes third-party suppliers, we may substitute with an equivalent supplier if needed to deliver the agreed outcome.

Safety, conduct, and right to stop

  • We reserve the right to stop or modify a performance if we believe there is a risk to safety (e.g., unsafe staging, aggressive behaviour, dangerous intoxication).
  • No refunds will be due if we stop due to unsafe conditions or serious misconduct.

Media (photos/video)

  • You may film and photograph for personal use.
  • We may capture photos/video for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing before the event. (If you want a strict no-media clause, tell us and we’ll confirm it in writing.)

Liability

  • We will take reasonable care in delivering services with professional skill.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for the booking, except where the law does not allow limitation.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of enjoyment, reputational loss, or third-party costs) except where required by law.

Complaints

  • If something isn’t right, please tell us as soon as possible on the day (via your nominated contact) so we can fix it.
  • Any formal complaint should be emailed within 7 days of the event.

Data protection

We will use your personal data to manage your booking and deliver services. We will not sell your data. If you need our privacy policy link added to the page, tell us and we’ll format it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
