Can we choose the theme and vibe?
Yes. We tailor the styling direction and entertainment vibe around your venue and preferences for up to 60 people, if its a larger wedding you can add on but will understandable increase in price,
Do you travel nationwide?
Yes we cover the UK (travel details confirmed at enquiry stage). A Price per mile from our Birmingham based office will be applicable if in other areas of the country. so please keep this in mind, no hidden costs and transparency is guaranteed.
What happens after we enquire?

Can i get a bespoke quote if not wanting or needing all thats outlined in this special deal
Yes of course, if you have already booked some of the services for your event with other suppliers, you can gain a bespoke quote with us on any additional services you may require. booking our entertainments services alone isn’t a problem, just give us a call anf we can look at that for you too.
Do you deal with everything from front to back
100%, we deal with the venue and plan everything perfectly, we set up your room(s) conduct clear communication on your behalf as well, you will be appointed a project leader that will be in contact with you throughout the whole process and try cater for everything you have in mind,
Does this package come with wedding insurance
No this it is down to you to sort that out as we recommend all clients have a separate insurance policy,
Can i pay in instalments for tis service
Yes we can happily set that up for you, just tell us what works best and we can schedule that for you to make things a little easier, spreading the remaining payments after your deposit is secured is something we offer to most of our clients, we can do this either weekly, monthly or quarterly at 0% interest, or 6 weeks prior to the event.
Can i amend the booking at any time
Yes within reason and we will always try and bring your ideas to life but we won’t amend entertainment choices once booked and secured as we don’t like to mess around our performers as there diary is secured upon you choosing your acts including singing waiters, Dj’s and wedding singers, Other things can be customised such as videography, flowers, photography and room set ups, but within reason.
Can i have more than 60 people with this special deal
The price is fixed for up to 60 people as we bring a set amount of props, dressing, decorations and other aspects of room set ups, but if your wedding or event is larger than this we can upgrade you to other packages or at a price per placement or head
What if my event is rescheduled or cancelled?
Contact us immediately. We’ll try to accommodate changes, but deposits remain non-refundable. See your contract for full terms.
Can you work with my wedding planner or venue?
Absolutely. We coordinate directly to ensure a smooth, secret setup. Less stress, less mess and its more straight forward, book the best and let us do the rest.
Why are deposits non-refundable?
Deposits secure your performers and date, making them unavailable for other bookings. This is standard industry practice.
What events are singing waiters suitable for?

Are your performers insured?
All performers have full public liability insurance. Our equipment is PAT tested for safety and compliance.
